How are the projections supplied?
The projections are supplied as a Zip folder containing the projections and a PDF guide for setting them up.
What format are the projections in?
The projections are supplied as .mp4 files for the animations and .jpg for the stills.
How do I know what order to run the projections in?
Included with your download is a PDF guide that tells you what order the projections run in and at what point to trigger them.
What happens when I purchase the projection pack from the Scenic Pixel Website?
Depending on if you have set up an account for the Scenic Pixel website will determine how you access your download.
Without an account
– After purchasing, you will receive an email with links to access the download.
With an account
– After purchasing, you can go to the My Account section and select Downloads from the left hand menu.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Credit and Debit cards.
What licences does purchasing a projection pack grant?
Once you have purchased the projection pack, they are yours to keep as they don’t expire.
However you cannot redistribute them, please see our Terms & Conditions for full details
What do I need in order to run the projections?
Equipment requirements:
A good quality projector with a range 5,000–15,000+ lumens to ensure the image isn’t bleached out by the stage lighting.
A modern laptop or desktop with a decent specification.
Projection control software,
You can use a piece of software called OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) which can be downloaded for free.
A pre-built show file can be supplied for OBS along with a guide on how to load it.
Alternatively
Some paid for options are SCS (Show Cue System) for Windows
or
Qlab for Mac (there is a free version that supports video, however it does not allow you to fade between cues).
However, you will need to set up the show file for SCS / Qlab yourself using the supplied PDF configuration guide.
